Delivery Information

We have chosen to work with standard shipping as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact.

Please kindly note that, as a small business, we ship twice a week—once for weekday orders and once for weekend orders. This rhythm helps us operate sustainably while doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping varies depending on where in the world you are ordering. Please see the below shipping methods, times and prices to know when you can expect your order.

Regions

Domestic - Switzerland

Standard Shipping - 2 to 3 Business Days CHF 8.50

Europe

Standard Shipping - 4 to 7 Business Days CHF 30.00

Duties

EU orders

No duties are charged for EU orders—any additional import or duty fees are covered by us. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 working days to receive your DHL shipping confirmation email. Kindly note that we are a small business and ship EU orders once a week.

Sale orders

During sale periods, please expect some delays in shipping orders. Your order may take up to 5 working days longer than our usual shipping times.

Returns

Returns Information

Orders placed on camilamartinbarla.com are eligible for return within 28 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags, and in unaltered condition. We do not offer exchanges.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Underwear can be returned or exchanged as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased and still have the bag or protective sticker with which they were sent. For lingerie items, any request for exchange must be made within the first 3 days of receiving the product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Holiday returns policy

All online orders from November 14th 2025 to December 20th 2026 can be returned for a refund until January 21st 2026. Online orders after December 20th 2025 follow the 28 day returns policy.

Returns by mail

Returns by mail are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a service with tracking and for higher priced returns we recommend using an insured service with tracking.
