Delivery Information
We have chosen to work with standard shipping. Please kindly note that, as a small business, we ship twice a week—once for weekday orders and once for weekend orders.
We currently ship within Switzerland. Please see the shipping method, time and price below to know when you can expect your order.

Domestic - Switzerland
Standard Shipping - 2 to 3 Business Days CHF 8.50

Sale orders
During sale periods, please expect some delays in shipping orders. Your order may take up to 5 working days longer than our usual shipping times.
Returns
Exchanges and returns within 14 days
Orders placed on camilamartinbarla.com can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. Pieces must be unworn, with tags, in their original packaging and in unaltered condition.
Custom pieces (special orders or personalised items), sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away and we will repair it or exchange it.
Holiday returns policy
All online orders from November 14th to December 20th can be returned for a refund until January 21st. Online orders after December 20th follow the 14-day returns policy.
How to return
Every order includes a return label. To start an exchange or return, please write to info@camilamartinbarla.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we have confirmed, send the piece back using the return label to:
