Transparency

We take responsibility for the resources we use and the effects of our actions on people, animals, and the planet. Our commitment goes beyond sourcing and production, it extends across the entire lifespan of our materials.

We understand that our impact is interconnected with communities, competitors, and society as a whole. Honest collaboration is essential to drive meaningful, widespread change. Addressing challenges like unsafe and toxic work environment, overproduction and waste, overconsumption, biodiversity loss and climate change requires collective action across the industry to transform our shared ecosystem. While we’re dedicated to reducing our impact and making realistic progress, we recognise there is still much to do.

Discussing the challenges within the industry can feel discouraging at times, but we stay optimistic and committed, believing that step by step, we can make meaningful progress.

Social Responsibility & Human Rights

Our Vision

We believe fashion should embody fairness, respect, and equality. At its core, fashion is about people—the individuals who craft our clothes, the farmers cultivating materials, company’s sourcing our fabrics, our partners and employees, and our customers. We strive to create a positive impact for everyone who supports us and for those we, in turn, support.

We recognise our responsibility to ensure a safe and respectful environment for the people factoring our clothings. As a business, we recognise our responsibility to uphold human rights. To achive this, we strive to ensure that every step of our supply chain upholds respect, dignity, fair wages, and equal recognition for all workers. We collaborate with partners who share our commitment to accountability and care for their people as we do. Everyone in our supply chain deserves respect, dignity, fair wages, and equal recognition. Our goal is to establish modern, resilient supply chains that provide meaningful jobs, develop skills, amplify workers’ voices, and support vulnerable groups.

We prioritise open and collaborative partnerships with our suppliers, taking time to understand the unique challenges of our sourcing regions.

Our ambition is to continually improve and foster deeper, open and meaningful connections with our suppliers.
By working with other brands, industry experts, and local stakeholders, we aim to responsibly address our impact on people and contribute to creating a more fair and equal world.

Social Compliance

Before partnering with a new supplier, we assess their practices against our standards, carried out either by our dedicated internal team or a trusted third party.

While we don’t rely solely on social compliance assessments due to their limitations, we find them valuable for gaining insight into a supplier’s operations and identifying potential risks in our supply chain, particularly at the start of a new partnership. These assessments help us gather data, address immediate concerns, and identify deeper systemic issues that require long-term solutions.

Our approach goes beyond monitoring—we actively collaborate with our suppliers to improve our products and processes.

Our Responsible Supply Chain

Transparency is at the heart of our partnerships with external suppliers. We work with a carefully chosen network of global suppliers, each bringing its own unique qualities. We prioritise building personal relationships with them, collaborating to gain a deep understanding of their practices and systems. We have everything produced within Spain in order to monitor our supply chain as closely as possible and guarantee high-quality production. Globalisation is making it more and more challenging to source 100% EU-produced materials at fair prices. For this reason, we focus on a small supply chain with trusted suppliers whose quality we know and who are willing to share detailed information about their processes.
This approach ensures that we can offer fair prices for high-quality, long-lasting products.

For us, transparency is the foundation of creating a more fair industry. It is not just about sharing our future aspirations but also about providing clarity in the present, empowering you to make informed choices based on honesty and integrity. For this reason, we refrain from using the term “sustainable” to describe our practices. We believe that true sustainability is not yet achievable within the current structure of the fashion industry. To us, being sustainable means being transparent towards you.

Our Collaborative Approach

We value the power of collaboration and the importance of learning from others. When faced with complex, systemic issues in our supply chain, we work alongside experts, like-minded brands, and suppliers to develop and implement effective solutions. We understand that addressing these challenges requires collective effort, as no single organisation can solve them alone.
